Scaleable Solutions

The Splicecom system is completely cross-platform compatible, extending the following features to all networked users, both in the office or working remotely:

  • one number "go anywhere/reach me anyhow"
  • GSM mobile extensions - with dual ring (desk/mobile) if needed
  • voice mail
  • auto attendant
  • unified messaging
  • call recording
  • CLI links to customer databases for CRM, incl FileMaker etc

Multi-sites can be linked and the whole system configured and managed as a single entity via a standard web browser. System administrators can manage the LDAP database directly from Microsoft's Active Directory or Mac OS X's Open Directory. For smaller organisations who need to project a larger presence, calls can be taken, handled and managed from home/on-the-road on a mobile with all the functionality of a desk-based system in the office.

The Splicecom system is cost-effective from a simple 4-extension "dial-tone" PBX to a fully-converged multi-site installation.

To complement Splicecom's Call Server, a range of telephones is available, from an entry-level business phone to an integrated touch screen Proactive Communications Station providing context-sensitive displays and information.
